Terms of Service

Last updated: March 20, 2026

01

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Securentis website (securentis.com) and any services provided by Securentis ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

Securentis reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02

Services Description

Securentis provides cloud security consulting, infrastructure auditing, DevSecOps integration, AI implementation, Kubernetes platform security, and engineering mentoring services ("Consulting Services"). All engagements are subject to a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement that outlines the specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees.

The information provided through this website, including blog posts, checklists, and other resources, is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional security advice.

03

Client Obligations

When engaging our Consulting Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your infrastructure and systems as required for the engagement.
  • Grant necessary access to systems, environments, and personnel in a timely manner.
  • Ensure you have authorization to grant Securentis access to systems under review.
  • Maintain backups and disaster recovery capabilities for your systems during any engagement.
04

Confidentiality

Securentis treats all client information, including infrastructure details, audit findings, and security vulnerabilities, as strictly confidential. We will not disclose client information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

Both parties agree to protect each other's confidential information with the same degree of care used to protect their own confidential information, but in no event less than reasonable care.

05

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of Securentis and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.

Unless otherwise specified in a Statement of Work, deliverables produced during a consulting engagement (such as audit reports, remediation scripts, and architecture documents) become the property of the client upon full payment.

Securentis retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience acquired during engagements, as well as any tools, methodologies, or frameworks developed independently.

06

Payment Terms

Fees for Consulting Services will be outlined in the applicable Statement of Work or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, payments are due within 14 days of invoice date.

Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower. Securentis reserves the right to suspend Services if payments are overdue by more than 30 days.

07

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Securentis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the use of our Services or website.

Securentis's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

Security consulting involves identifying and addressing risks, but no security solution can guarantee complete protection against all threats. Securentis does not warrant that any system will be immune from security breaches following an engagement.

08

Termination

Either party may terminate a consulting engagement with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all Services rendered and expenses incurred up to the effective date of termination.

Securentis reserves the right to immediately terminate Services if the client's systems are used for illegal activities or if continuing the engagement would violate applicable laws or ethical standards.

09

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by mediation or arbitration if necessary.
